[Mr E Xuewen] Executive Vice President of BOSSA(Beijing Overseas Study Service Association) E Xuewen was born in Beijing in April 1956. He went to study Arabic language and literature at Kuwait University in 1977. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1985 with a M. Ed. in Educational Administration. Mr. E worked for the Department of International Cooperation of the Chinese Ministry of Education for more than 20 years. He was responsible for supervising and managing Chinese government scholarship programs designed for international students studying at Chinese universities and colleges. He also served at the Chinese Consulate General in Los Angeles, USA as the Education Counselor from 1999 to 2002. He resigned from the Ministry of Education in 2003 and worked as the principal of a private international school and later in 2005 as the vice principal of a local foreign language school in Beijing.
